the walk home from school

In the 5 minute walk home from school I learned: that he hopes he has a card in the mail, that he's the librarian in his class this week, that he wishes it was summer (me too!!!), that he missed me, that today was the 90th day of school, and that he learned that the brown coin is called a penny. I love our walks home from school! I'd never get that much info if I drove to pick him up.
