friday afternoon :: week 4

another FUN week! AND the kids were home EVERY day this week. ALL week long. thanks to some snow - ha! wow...i would NOT recommend (nor was it my first choice) renovating your kitchen in january when you can't go outside. but we are making it, day by day.

all the knobs/pulls are on. recessed lighting is rearranged. granite is on, fridge and ovens are in!

i hope i LOVE the microwave in the island...

we are leaving the cardboard on the granite until all the lights, etc. are put in...but this piece you can see - i LOVE it!

LOVE the sink!!!!!!!!!

and the drawers. love seeing all the "little" pieces that have been in my head become reality!

in the next week, the lights should be finished. the faucet and stovetop and dishwasher put in. we can finally see the end in sight. and i'm DREAMING of what i'm going to cook first in that amazing kitchen!!!

AND....the floors re-done! they got delivered today...so that they could "acclimate" to our house. the floors start on monday.
