"certainly I will be with you..."

He promises this.
even when i don't feel it, HE IS WITH ME.

{exodus 3:12}

painful day.
deep, deep pain. in me and them.

i have failed.
they have failed.
we are all trying...together.

there is laughter.
there are tears {i think i had my first panic attack?? got so worked up that i literally couldn't catch my breath. kinda scary. i didn't like it and would like that to never happen again.}
and He is with us. through it all. some moments i feel that...some not so much. but that doesn't change the fact the HE IS WITH ME!

just needed this "real" post in with all the "fun" ones from the weekend! it's not all rosy around here!

i guess maybe mondays are going to be hard??

praying for you today. So thankful for His grace and mercy! Know you are thought of and prayed for... even by someone you don't really know :)

The great thing is - you will continue to fail. So will they. Daily. Probably hourly. And it doesn't change ONE THING about how much you all are loved or how valuable you all are or what a great job you are all doing. Or how valuable it all is to go through. For each of you.

So that makes it great. But so stinkin' hard, I'm sure. I'm praying you'll be able to have grace for yourself, friend. Wish I would could be there to help you!! xoxo

This adoptive mama is praying for you. The closer you can keep them to home for now, the better. Cocoon them. These ARE the hardest days. Tag team it with your hubby as much as possible. And know you are being covered in prayer out here. :)

Love your example of continually seeking Him, no matter how hard it gets. Lifting you high, my friend. -And He has said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for power is perfected in weakness.” Most gladly, therefore, I will rather boast about my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may dwell in me. - 2 cor. 12: 8-10

when ryan was in the hospital wednesdays were my hump day... one that was overwhelming from the time i woke up in the morning til my head hit the pillow at night. i have no idea why, by i started to know it would be wednesday and chose to take it easy that day. not schedule anything... have dinner planned (crockpot), etc. it may be that monday is your hump day for awhile. sometimes it's nice that a day is only 24 hours. :)
