for the children of a dear friend.
it was cool to pray for each child as i worked on their canvas...
and, as always, a couple hours after i don't think i can handle one.more.word or listen to one.more.story...i go in and kiss them.
and my heart swells.
and i feel so very blessed.
some nights i go through quickly...just peek at them.
others (like last night) i stop for awhile...pray for each one...ask for forgiveness in my heart...
and go to bed to get ready to start all over again.
thank GOD for new days.

praying for you and i hope that the adoption news is good news. we were just in the car driving and your boys popped into my head and i thought, "how cool would it be if some random piece of paper showed up unexpectedly (sp??) and said that the next step came sooner than expected!!" and then i started praying for them and you guys. so i hope that it is good news and exciting stuff!
love your artwork and those precious kids...mostly i LOVE that you go in and pray over them. what an example. i need to do that, but i really think Wilson would wake up...maybe i will pray from our bedroom. :)
loved all the pictures, they are so cute. Hope you have a good beach weekend. did not know you were going again , is this with your college friends. If so have a great time...

love it -the canvases look AWESOME - i've started thinking about what and when i want you to do caleb's. i think i'm going to wait until he's 2 so i can have you match the ones you did for josiah and jacob a few years ago. hard to wait though!!! i always love sleeping pictures - i'm noticing there are no thumbs in mouths this time! :(
those are beautiful!! I feel you on the praying, I have to every night because at the end of the day I am convicted of a lot of ugliness and then my heart breaks because I can't hold in my heart the amount of love I have for each of them, it's tough being a mom and yet thank you God for letting us do this job. Love the art work may have to order some...
