how to make strawberry jam

the easiest way possible! {NO cooking, NO boiling!}

once you have amazing strawberries from your favorite farm...

rinse them

get freezer jam fruit pectin (by the jell-o in the grocery store)
follow the directions...mix it with sugar

slice the tops off the strawberries

mash the strawberries (great part for the kids to help with!)


mix the pectin/sugar mixture into the mashed strawberries.
let sit for 30 minutes.

spoon into jars...1 packet of pectin makes 5 8-oz jars of jam.
