when i picked him up from school yesterday i said, "guess who's home? dad! he's sick..but he's home!"
joshua said, "oh no! who's going to be our mom and dad if you're both sick?"
we're still your mom and dad, bud. lame ones right now...but you're stuck with us! :-)

oh my goodness, how sweet! I can totally hear Joshua saying that. Sick or healthy you both are awesome parents and your kids know how blessed they are to have you!
