at lunch we were listening to the wind try to tear our house down.
i mentioned to the kids that i heard it was so windy that they closed the airport and no planes could take off.
bailey said, "oh no! that means no planes can go to africa! what if someone needs to go get their kids? and they already have their beds made for them?!?"

you see - that's exactly what i was trying to communicate to you earlier today. i know you FEEL like you're failing in areas, but that is totally Satan telling you that. you have done SUCH an incredible job teaching (BY EXAMPLE) your kids about what's REALLY important. Bailey is 4 and she TOTALLY gets it - of course the most important thing regarding planes is if families need to go to Africa to get their kids! They get it Courtney - and it's because of you!! You are amazing!!! I love you and am seriously inspired and encouraged to be a better mom because of you!

She is so sweet and it sounds to me like there is a certain mommy who is doing a fabulous job of preparing her kids for their new siblings! It's so obviously that your three oldest are already in love with these siblings of their's that they've never seen! It's so exciting to see God weaving these precious Africian boys into the hearts of each person in your family.
