10k training!

the kids and I are training for a 10k (6.2 miles) this summer. the actual race is at the end of august. everyone except levi (and pat) will run it.

our training is 3 running days a week. one day of speedwork, one 3 mile run, and one "long" run - that distance increases by 1/2 mile each week.
 they are rocking it. and enjoying the treats we often get after they work hard and don't complain! ;-)
