repeat. with friends!

i enjoyed running as the sun came up. it was SO hot even then, but i pretty much love running anywhere in any conditions.

we had friends join us for a day. we repeated our little routine and loved adding them to it! beach. lunch. pool. {no sonic ;-)}

does it get more "american summer" than this?? hot dogs, watermelon, bbq chips at the beach! :-)
