new years eve 2013!

after running 2 miles with pat, then 4 miles with my running group, THEN kickboxing (i wanted to do it ALL! i couldn't say no!),  we left for richmond for new years eve.  i linked to all the previous years on last year's post. we've been doing this with these friends for a LOT of years. how fun is that??

stopped at a rest stop to eat our packed lunch.

Virginia is for lovers ;-) pat loved me having our picture taken at a rest stop on the side of 95. ha!

arrived to the fogarty's and the kids wasted no time getting back in touch :-)

LOTS of football. the dads are so great to do that with them!

ej's mom entertained the kids with some amazing crafts and activities every half hour! it was incredible!!

the ayer's came over and joined in...bailey and ellery quickly found a quiet spot!

we had appetizers while we fed the kids dinner.

oh, you wanted to see her one more time? ok...

the kids toasted the new yeat at 7 pm...

and then we left some of the kids with ej's mom, some kids went to bed, and we brought some with us to the ayer's house. we put the rest of the kids to bed, the young's joined us and we were all finally complete and then had a few hours JUST ADULTS!

i hardly took any pictures. but it was wonderful.
