thursday (dec 26)

the morning after christmas, i woke up early in AWFUL stomach pain. my "non-paleo" eating was getting to me! after moaning in pain (and some other stuff) for awhile...pat woke up and i talked him into going for a run with me. i hoped it would help work things through. it was hard...but fun to do together! it even flurried!

Pat calls me scrooge, but the day after Christmas, this is what our house looks like...

quite a difference 24 hours makes, huh?? (this was 24 hours before...)

the kids were kept entertained with lego's and games and trains... it's nice to have big brothers to help with the lego's!!

i LOVE my house decorated for christmas. but once it's over, it's OVER! and i want my house back!

the boys got this football set...with flags and everything. so far it's super fun. it got awful reviews on amazon, so we'll see!

pat and rebekah have been working on this shelf for MONTHS. she has wanted a shelf by her bed for a LONG time. he said they would make one. they drew a plan. bought the wood. cut. nailed. sanded. and painted it on thursday! it's almost ready to be HUNG!! he is such an amazing dad...

these 3 for some foam and fake razors in their stockings. BEST stocking stuffer ever!!!
