christmas candylane 2012!

i think it's an official tradition now. it was our 3rd year. different people have gone with us every year. so so fun.
it is the PERFECT day trip for thanksgiving weekend!
 it doesn't open until noon. it's 2 hours away. so you don't even have to start your day EARLY. i even got a long run in (12 miles at 9:18 avg - even my long runs are getting faster - fun!)
 it was COLD COLD COLD. like, cold to the BONE. on the verge of too cold. but, we had fun and the kids loved it! we even saw some snow flurries!

the young's came this year (and their kids were rockstars!) we loved spending the day with them!

we left the park around 5:30 pm...we all stopped at cracker barrel for dinner on the way home (part of the tradition!) and got home around 9:30 pm. perfect day trip!!

So fun! Fun fact: I've never been to Cracker Barrell. I don't even know what kind of food it is. Is it like a Bob Evans? Another fun fact: when I was pregnant with Joe and really sick, Bob Evans was all I wanted, but everything I couldn't have.

the frogger ride was hilarious. we had such a great time, thanks for inviting us. the youngs love the cassadas! and brandt slept like a rock that night :) love you!
