it turned around

the first half of the day was weird. but it definitely turned around.

i spent rest time laying outside and reading and talking to Him. and listening to the older kids playing basketball in the driveway. and talking to my neighbor.

it was just what i needed. some quiet. my heart was too loud.

then we went to the panter's for an AMAZING Easter party!!!

my pictures are totally lame. i didn't even GET a picture of holly and jake!

the food was AMAZING (think greek - gyro's, greek salad, hummus, hmmm....). the people were amazing. saw old friends. made new ones. the kids LOVED it.

what a PERFECT way to celebrate Easter!!!!

holly is a TOTAL genious. like, you should pin this idea.
she packed all the kids dinners in a bag before we got there. water, food, napkin, plate, everything. names on them. we just handed each kid one and their dinner was DONE!
no, "i'll get these 2 kids plates, you get the others...." i HATE that part of parties!

this was AWESOME!!!!

you got to fill your bucket/basket until it was full. lincoln's was full in about 2 seconds. then he helped sawyer :-)
