christmas 2011

we had a great day.

pat had the BEST idea! since it was Jesus' birthday...we had balloons all OVER!

this was right before we went up to get the kids! they were about to flip out! :-)
we got all the lights turned on, the cameras ready...and got the monkey bread in the oven.

the million dollar question from everyone is, "so! what did lincoln think about christmas??"

um. he basically thought he hit the jackpot! if he knew what a jackpot was.

i don't know what he thought, honestly.

he was given gifts, lots of yummy food, and we were all together. he was one HAPPY boy!

totally failed and didn't get a picture of all of us in front of the tree on christmas morning. SO sad.

but pat did snap a picture of bailey and i. :-)

THANK YOU, pat!!! {i'm always getting on his case about eating "my" chips :-)}

it's a pretty fun little thing!

we had pat's family over for dinner christmas evening.

we made homemade tortilla's again, like last year. YUM!!

the kids put on a magic show for us :-)

it was a fun day.

wrestling with how we "do" christmas. i LOVE our traditions. but are we honoring Him? hmmm...
