it sure was nice to have a more low-key weekend!
had our shepherd group over on friday night...all the kids gathered on our street corner and waved to anyone that drove by...kept them busy :-)
finally finished sawyer's canvas!
i love it!
spent the beginning of the day on saturday (after a GREAT run!!!) at our new church building getting things ready for the first service on sunday morning!
went to the pool once i got home.
sawyer LOVES the pool all of a sudden...it's so cute :-)
took advantage of the tax-free weekend and got a new computer on sat evening.
our old computer was having some issues.
you'd be working on something and it would just TURN OFF.
it was very fun. you never knew when it was going to happen. or what information you might lose.
we have a LOT of work to do to get the stuff from the old computer to the new one...blah, blah, blah...
AND our rou ter got fried and wouldn't work all of a sudden...and pat spent at least 2 hours on the phone with "people" trying to fix it...
technology...wasn't it supposed to make life easier?? hmmm...
enjoyed church on sunday morning!
pretty sure we've been raising money for this new building since we started going to the church 11 years ago...SO cool to be there on opening day!
the nursery was HOPPIN'!!!!
kinda looks like we need more space again, huh?? :-)
sunday evening we rode our bikes back to the bbq place.
so sweet and fun.

um. sawyer is a grown-up. i can't even.
We SO WANTED to come this weekend, but thought we had a buyer for the car. Can't believe the new church is open! I heard it was packed and crazy...even standing room only in services?? Crazy. We will come one Sunday soon...and I'll try not to cry over our continuing search here. Love Sawyer's canvas!
