woke up to 2 more feet of snow this morning.
shoveled from 9-12 this morning.
{we only have 1 "real" shovel...which pat used. i guess we should get another real one. we've never needed more than 1...either i'm shoveling and pat's at work...or i'm inside with "the baby" and pat's outside shoveling. BUT...we are finally at a place where we can both shovel and the kids can all play!}
the good news is that it has stopped snowing and we just shoveled the last 6 inches.
{we measured 30 inches of snow in the middle of our yard! crazy for northern virginia!}
school is already cancelled for monday and tuesday!
once we recover from all the shoveling, we are looking forward to the *FUN* part of being snowed in together! (eating, movies, hot chocolate, eating, reading, games)

oh my! that's a lot of snow! we're in WI and I havn't had to shovel yet this year!
Snow pants? Who in our family ever does that????? What a great idea! :) It has been a wild two days!!!!! Rest up and enjoy each other. We are in the very same boat....wet, tired, and about to curl up in our chairs with a movie. Love you guys.
