rebekah's birthday celebrations

on the morning of rebekah's birthday (which was monday) we walked to a donut shop in town and picked up donuts. we didn't know it, but the donut shop ended up being a lot like the fractured prune (that donut shop we went to back at home earlier this summer).

it was YUMMY!!!

the weather didn't cooperate.
it was cloudy and rainy.
we did go to the indoor pool.
but no beach time...

that night we had cupcakes for dessert and sang happy birthday to her.
and she got some fun gifts, too!

i think she had a GREAT 8th birthday!
