he is single-handedly trying to ruin this wonderful week we're having here.
HE.IS.SO.FUSSY!!!
i think it's teeth.
or he's frustrated that he isn't walking yet.
i don't know.
i DO know he's not happy.
but we're trying our best to ignore it.
and we're ALL a little excited when he takes his naps!

Oh NO! Not before your big vacation!!!
What did you do mean mommy? Tell him to stop touching the electrical outlet? I mean, how could you? ;-)
Courtney, do you know he trick about rubbing Children's liquid benedryl on their gums for teething? Apparently it has some numbing properties (I tried it first). It works like a charm! Of course, I didn't discover this trick until my #4 kid either. I just pour a little in the sm. med cup and I just stick a finger tip in and then rub it all over their gums.
So little actually gets swallowed that you can't really OD them on it either. (Well I guess you could but you'd have to putting it on every 5 minutes to do that and you won't b/c it works!).
Hope this helps! Another use is for those white gum sores come people get in their mouths. Mix 1/2 tsp of benedryl and 1/2 tsp of mylanta or maalox. Swish this around and then spit out. It numbs and coats the sore and the kids tolerate this well.
Hope you guys have a great trip!
jennifer! i didn't know that trick! TOTALLY adding that to my long list for this afternoon! thanks!!!
wow! love the benedryl idea...
Kallen has totally been the same way for a few weeks (WEEKS!!) now...I keep changing my mind on why it is??? Teething? Just so much development going on?? Knows what he wants but can't communicate it??
