we ARE having fun!

the trip up was great.
no one took naps in the car {not even sawyer!} like they were supposed to...
but it was still pretty great.

we are in "who knows where" PA.
sorry for anyone that is from PA...but it is DIFFERENT from what i'm used to!
"we're not in kansas anymore!" is what my brain keeps saying...

if it wasn't for the BRAND new, CLEAN sheeted, SWEET smelling hotel...i think we might be headed home...

and, you know. sawyer likes to crawl around right on the edge of the pool, so it's very relaxing and all for me :-)

then we ventured out for dinner.
who KNEW it would be so hard to find FOOD!
we almost ate off the shelf of walmart!
but...we found a dairy queen...that didn't have the quickest service {to be nice...} but the food was YUMMY!!! {and, we're on vacation...so we're not in a rush....but we do have a baby that hasn't slept all day...}

and we're all in 1 hotel room :-)
the 3 older ones on a pull out sleeper sofa bed all together.

and they finally fell asleep!

where is sawyer you ask??

in the closet.

just right down on the floor of the closet :-)

he opened the door and crawled out twice...but then went to sleep.

pat and i are going to do our next chapter of our book study and then go to sleep ourselves.

we are headed to idlewild park tomorrow.

and we will have fun.

i hate how easily i get stressed out...or let things annoy me.

i am using this trip to TRULY try to relax with my children...not just relax when they are sleeping or not around.

i need to learn to do that better.
