oh my heart

we had some thunderstorms soon after we put the kids in bed last night.
but before the girls were actually asleep.
they were talking and reading and playing for awhile.
would come out every few minutes just to say, "we don't like the thunder."
we'd say, "i know. we're right here."

the thunderstorms eventually stopped.
and they eventually got quiet.
and when we up to go to bed...this is what we found.
is that not the most precious thing??
both of them in rebekah's twin bed...
