it was just released and i had ordered it off Barnes and Noble with a gift card...and off Amazon...
just got them both in the mail.
i just started it last night.
it's NOT going to be an easy read.
it IS a novel. but about very real...very hard stuff.

i sat down to list the extra copy on Amazon...and decided to do something different.

i've been reading different people's blogs over the last couple days posting about these children.
they live in Uganda.
and they are STARVING.
as in...they will DIE unless someone does something.
and it doesn't require much...

For $0.14, we can feed someone a meal of posho and beans (posho is cornmeal, which is filling and beans are protein.)

{i saved $20 the last couple weeks by not buying my candy addictions...i now know where THAT money is going! and it's easier to NOT eat that candy with this in mind...}
