we had a great weekend.
busy.
not much downtime.
but good.
and we're off and running this week.
but i have to take a minute to show you some little things around me that make my heart smile.
saw this idea somewhere in the last week...and bailey and i made the chain the other night.
too many days to go still...if you ask me...but we're excited anyways!
and i've been working on this in my head and on my art desk for months...
finally finished it last night (well, actually just hung it up a few minutes ago!)
i love it.
"be intentional"
that's how i try to live my days.
and, since i wanted the board a certain length, but couldn't stretch the words "be intentional" that long without looking weird, i added a verse on each end.
i kind of wish it just said, "be intentional" - it's a little too busy...but i still love it.
and i enjoyed searching for the verses i wanted to use.
it, obviously, hangs from the mantle in our family room.
the phrase...and the 2 verses...are good reminders in this room that we spend most of our time together!
oh, and i got one of these for a friend for her birthday.
and had to get myself one. :-)
isn't it the cutest?!?
you can get your own here...and lots of other cute stuff!
okay...on my way...

yes! we'll do the summer list! i've already starting making it in my head :-)
your hair clip is adorable - looks GREAT on you! And I love the new wall hanging - be intentional - so hard to do, yet SO important! Looks great!
I LOVE how the wall hanging came out. Funny, I just started reading this book that I think is going to challenge me and that was the main point of the first couple chapters. Being intentional. The book is called Youniquiely Woman. I'll let you know how it goes and lend it to you if its a winner. I'm a bit scared of it honestly, because they told me in the first few chapters that I would be challenged. LOL! Scared in a good way I guess. LOVE how you hung the sign with ribbons. Fun!
