4 levels

not one of my best days as a mom.
not my worst either.
4 kids wanting 4 different "levels" of a snow day.
not easy.
but i made it.
and i had some 'little' victories - finally replaced the batteries in joshua's remote control car (he's been asking for weeks...seriously...how do i not have 30 seconds to do that for weeks?); sewed a "napkin" rebekah created out of fabric scraps; kissed bailey as much as i could (she's really stretching me...)

24 is on.
pat is home.
and i'm thankful He saw me through another day.

Ohhhhh Courtney, I relate to this post so much. I remember....4 kids....different ages. You ARE in the hardest part of this...soon they will all be heading out on their own....and you will have much PEACE in the house to plan their hot chocolate when they return. Hang in there. I really do understand. Simple....keep things simple at this point. You are pulled so many directions. You cannot do it all ~ there is just no way. I love you and you are doing a FANTASTIC job. Much love to you. Mom

I love your mom's commment Courtney. She's right. You did good. I'll never forget right after you had Bailey - you telling me the hardest thing about 3 was having 3 different kids needing 3 VERY different things from you. I can totally relate. So you do what you can do. And I'm glad you were counting the victories too! Love you!
