sledding!!

first of all, my kids perspective on snow needs a little work.
when we were driving to the gym this morning, joshua said that snow is "messy" and with an obvious dislike for it. he's a very "neat" guy - and it messes up his world.
then, when i was putting bailey down for her nap and praying with her, i said, "isn't the snow so pretty?"
she said, "no."
i said, "why not?"
she said, "it's just WHITE. it's not PANK (pink)!"
(i guess things are only pretty if they are pink!)

we BUNDLED up and walked up to rebekah's school to sled.

sawyer was a TROOPER!


the snow started coming down again while we were out. fun!


i know.
it's kind of pathetic to get so excited about snow when you can still see the grass through it.
but it's exciting around here!



and home and in our pj's.
ready for pat to get home...but it will probably be awhile.

maybe another snow day tomorrow - another storm coming through tonight!
