they must be totally oblivious

i feel like they must feel so cheated.
i never am giving them as much as i feel they need.
then, 2 seconds ago, joshua says,
"mom, when are you going to have another baby?"
i stopped midway through the 6 things i was doing.
"WHAT???"
i say, "don't you think we have enough kids?"
and then rebekah proceeds to say,
"no! i think we should have 12!"

they must be totally oblivious to my "mood"!
and i'm thankful for that!

You are MUCH harder on yourself than they are on you!!! They probably aren't even noticing all the things you feel like you are "neglecting."

I completely agree with Tisha, they don't know what expectations you have set for yourself that you think you aren't meeting. They only know that they have the best mommy ever in a super fun family. Love you!

These ladies hit the nail right on the head. They are loving life and loving having Sawyer around. Will keep praying that you will stop listening to this voice from Satan...you are a great mom and you run your house so well...if things don't get done for a time because there is a new baby in the house, that is not a sin and you are not a failure. It is life! Pray each morning that you will take moments to enjoy it.

I agree with what everyone else said and I love the kiddos comment. So funny. I mean how many women don't want to have 12 babies... ha ha

Its amazing that they will remember little of this as 'hard'. But what's even more amazing to me is that we wont rememeber much of it that way either. Crazy.

That's HILARIOUS! You see - the important things are happening and getting taken care of. And perhaps the other things don't matter? Certainly don't matter to them anyways!!! They love you to pieces and think you're the BEST - and so do I!
