afternoon walk
there's this "wildlife preservation area" near our house.
it has this crazy long bridge that's literally like 1/4 of a mile long that goes in a big circle.
we went and walked around it yesterday afternoon.
this shows their personalities pretty well:
rebekah - crazy, go for it girl
joshua - following rebekah - but with trepidation
bailey - watching to see how it all works out. not ABOUT to go down there
and i have started today once again feeling very overwhelmed. as soon as i get one thing done, i have 10 more to do. i don't even have that "yes! i accomplished something" feeling - because there is always so much to be done.
it will pass.
it's just a stage.
but it's getting old. and i'm frustrated. and i'm tired.
i have so many more things to say, things i'm thinking about.
but there's no time and i don't really even want to go there right now.
so i'm off to get snacks for little mouths and read to little minds and hold little bodies.
and i do love it and wouldn't trade it for anything.

Your right it will pass and it will be OK soon it will be just a memory. Hang in there.
I love that picture of the 3 - how it really captures each of their spirits. How individually unique they all are in how they approach a situation. How blessed you are as their mother to know them SO very well to have eyes that see that.
You are an amazing mom and do so much for your family! Even though a lot of what you do may seem trivial, they are "accomplishments" - things that probably would not have gotten done if you did not do them!!
Did you:
Run?
Shower?
Pack lunches?
Fix breakfast, lunch & dinner?
Change diapers?
Update your blog?
Do your bible study?
Spend time with family?
If you did any of the above, you have accomplished much!
Galatians 6:9 "Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up."
