i have sweet memories of watching Easter programs as a kid, with some of the most incredible voices singing songs as powerful as this, and just sobbing. sobbing because there is nothing else i could do as i felt the magnitude of what My Savior did for me.
I was in a singing group in high school that traveled around to various churches/places to perfom. This was one of my favorite songs to sing (I even had a solo!) but I had completely forgotten about it until I saw this on your blog! Thanks for the reminder! This is such a great song! I remember getting emotional singing it sometimes... so powerful!
