Cherries provide a great source of nutrition for athletes who put a lot of stress and strain on their joints.
It cleanses the system and is good for dental problems. It is useful for lack of sleep.
Cherries contain a phytochemical called ellagic acid that protects against cancer by blocking an enzyme needed for growth of cancer cell.
they also have about 75 calories for a cup of them...i don't know if that's good or bad - but it doesn't sound too bad!

I love fresh cherries! Finally...something I love that is actually GOOD for me!
well that is very useful information. I need more healthy snacks, I can't stop eating junk!
Looks like I am off to buy cherries. They sound very refreshing and anything which protects from cancer I am all for :-)
