my life

seriously, this is my life. 3 different little people, going 3 different directions, needing 3 different things, ALL DAY LONG! it's such a big job, and such a blessing. it was a hard day, i'll be honest. i took the camera outside to take pictures...but they wouldn't do it justice. i think the video does a much better job. so, there you have it, 20 seconds of my day. (and the music i added on the website - keep in mind there is NO music outside - i have no idea what Rebekah is dancing to!)

we leave at lunchtime tomorrow for Richmond. i'm so excited to see good friends! i'm excited to get away! i'm excited to run my first race. i have to be honest though, i'm a basket of nerves about it. and i TOTALLY wasn't expecting this. i didn't think it would be that big of a deal. and my body still feels REALLY tired. i didn't do ANY exercise today...my heart rate never rose above whatever "resting" rate is...except for getting an 11 x 14 rug from the depths of our basement into the back of our van...by myself (Pat's late and it has to be done!) i hope a lot of "recovery" happens in the next 24 hours. i'm sure it'll be fine. and even if it isn't, i'll still get up and run Monday morning...i think...

Ok, Lindsey and I just watched that, and we are dying. That was great! It really looks like Rebekah was dancing to the music you added...and Bailey...oh...she is hilarious...and those are Lindsey's words! Have a great weekend...You will do fine and trust me, once you get in the groove you will be amazed at how easy your race will be since you have been training regularly. Also, I made that recipe you posted...awesome...it was a hit and was just as good the next day!
