we arrived home this past saturday...after a GREAT week away, and i just couldn't jump back into "real life" quite yet. i had been receiving emails the last few days about the kids sports schedules starting...and school orientations...and dr appt confirmations...i knew the next week was going to be insane and i wanted to still be on vacation.
so, we got home, unpacked, grocery shopped for the week ahead, ate dinner, let the kids watch a movie before bed...and we went out to a movie!! it felt so fun. and we had the best time together - just me and him. this week has ended up being beyond insane, and i've thought back to that sweet night many times with a smile on my face :-)

It's STILL summer.......and all those busy days, appts, etc, are DUE to the LOVE the TWO of you had many years ago. Thankful for the two of you! Thankful you have each other to walk through this life together.
