have I talked about pull-ups here? i'm too lazy to go back and see. but it needs to be here if not. (it's definitely on my Instagram - which, by the way, i'm WAY better at keeping up with than this! courtneycassada)
anyways. I have been working at pull-ups for YEARS. literally. so many days. so many tries. this past summer, I was finally able to do my first pull-up - a REAL one! and now I do 25-30/day! EVERYtime I do them, i'm amazed. it's kinda like when I first started running, and every mile I ran I was amazed.
pick something. challenge yourself. work at it. and be amazed at what your body can do!!
