homecoming #3

Rebekah and some of her friends from church decided to make up their own homecoming. dress nice, go out, but just hang out and have fun instead of going to an actual dance.

I got to be involved in a lot of it! I got to be photographer, and host the evening at our house (except dinner...they went out!)

the location I was going to take pictures looked like this when I walked up to it. YIKES! NOT in the plan...

but I scavenged in the woods, found some pieces of wood to make a little bridge to go over a creek that had formed, and we made it into an adventure!
we made our way up to the red barn...
and had fun taking some pictures (of beautiful people that were totally awkward taking pictures with each other). wow...
it was a JOY to me to see them having so much fun. what a gift to be invited to be a part of it!
after dinner, they came back to our house to hang out by the fire pit (and basement). they had a blast. i'm thankful they want to be at our house!! and I ADORE all of her friends.

We love all the photos of Rebekah and her friends! What a tribute to Patrick and you for Rebekah to select to hang out with her friends at her house!
