we gave our house a trim

this is the before:

the trees were just taking over. you couldn't see the house, the roots were causing issues in the yard and the sidewalk, and the branches were getting close to the house.

so...we had 2 of the trees taken down.

and I feel like I can BREATHE deeper and easier! I LOVE light. and this just feels like there's MORE light in my house.

having the trees taken down was quite the entertainment...

and we have spent HOURS in our yard taking up roots and putting down grass seed and sod. it feels GOOD. I love to work in the yard! and it's fun to do together!
