easter and ellie

Easter weekend was pretty low key, since pat, Joshua and Rebekah were just getting home and recovering. we were just glad to all be together!!

we went to church EARLY easter morning (but not sunrise ;-)) and then had a big brunch.

that afternoon, we went to my sister's in DC because my niece, Ellie, was going to be baptized that evening! (no "Easter" outfits...pick your battles !)

 my sister's family. aren't they gorgeous?!

 I had the incredible honor of standing with them as her godmother. I couldn't love her more.
