advent

and all of a sudden, it's december.
i don't think it's coincidence that the beginning of advent coincided with the beginning of a new chapter in our family. He's so clever. :-)

choosing to start homeschooling in december is not the best plan. but it's our journey and it feels so right.

i love the anticipation of advent. i love the FUN that having kids during advent brings. but ever since those dark months 3 winters ago, these winter months are also hard...that dark cloud threatens to take over my heart. {come on, march!!}

BUT. He is still there no matter what. dark cloud or sunshiny day. He is there. and Him choosing to come to earth as a baby still begs to be remembered. and we will.
