I saw this posted by a friend. the best source i can give is "Beyond Ordinary" - which i think is a book?

this is so so good. so good.

i think the book is about healing marriages, but i believe this quote can be applied to anyone.

i certainly have some work to do in this area. refusing to forgive (or feeling like the forgiveness you desire just.won't.come.) does destroy your heart - and it's painful.
