weekend with levi {and pat survived camping with 5 kids!}

pat definitely gets the award for this past weekend. our church had a dad and kids campout and he took the 5 oldest kids camping! and survived! {and said he will only be taking 3 at a time from now on...he also said he just kept thinking, "Courtney is going to have a heck of a summer!"}

so i had the weekend with levi. i got a LOT done. cleaned out cabinets and closets. ran errands. grocery shopped (amazing with just 1! and he was IN the cart - not taking things apart!) made homemade whey and kefir and mayonnaise and ranch dressing (more on that later...ha!)

and definitely had some sweet moments with this little boy...

sunday morning a lot of my family gathered to watch my niece, brittany, be baptized! she has really grown in her relationship with God in the last few years and decided she wanted to be baptized. it was SUCH a blessing and honor to be there!

it was a sweet reunion sunday afternoon when pat and the kids got home!

and now it is day #2 of summer. and the second rainy day. it's been a bit ugly, but i'm trying to have very low expectations...
