he made it!

lincoln survived winter.

he HATES the cold, and is SO glad it's warm {HOT!!} again!

it felt like summer yesterday, so we got our suits on and filled up the little pool. they had so much fun.
rebekah and i went on our run date (we STRUGGLED bigtime at 5 pm in that heat.)

just like any day, there were some hard moments. some arguments. and conversations. even an apology letter on my bed at the end of it all. but He gave me the grace and strength to get through it well yesterday. that isn't always the case and i chose to focus on being thankful and not frustrated. it's SO much about perspective, isn't it?

i grabbed their soap and towels and just bathed them in the driveway.
