this past week we got the FINAL piece of paperwork saying that the "adoption is complete" for both boys.
BIG stuff!!!
they have virginia birth certificates (certificates of foreign birth - i know...i think it's kind of weird, too) but this last step (the re-adoption process) will help them GREATLY in the long run...like when they apply for jobs or college...to not have a birth certificate that is written in kinyarwandan!

Wow. Overflowing heart. Those precious boys with those papers!!! What a miracle that God has worked over these last 3.5 years to bring them to where they are now. Thank you for being willing to walk that road courtney. I know its been hard. Like, really hard. But your faith and the testimony that remains is awesome and such a challenge to me! I love you and those precious boys with va birth certificates :)
