the look on their faces

i wish you could have seen it.
it was SO great!

 i said, as i was walking into the kitchen with it in my hand, "i put a new song on the ipad. wanna listen?"

most songs i say that are slow-ish, spiritual songs that talk about how amazing God is.
and i DO love me some of those songs! they get me through LOTS of hard minutes...hours...days around here!

they kind of half-heartedly said, "sure."

but the look on their faces when 

"PARTY ROCK" 

came blasting out of the speaker was just about too much. 

i laughed my head off.

and then said, "what are you doing?!? let's DANCE!!!!!"

it was so fun. i danced so hard i started sweating. for real.

and it wasn't even planned. it just happened. AND crossed something off our list! spontaneously!

did i say it was fun?!? ;-)
