it was lincoln's first time doing it (actually, maybe it wasn't? but he DEFINITELY didn't remember it and was SO confused and i think thought we'd ALL gone crazy! it's not often we silence him with our actions. he picked up on it quickly, though!)
we just finished week 4 (halfway there!) of our 5k training.
it was 100 degrees outside.
and i told them we'd do a fun surprise when we got home from running!
we did this...then rinsed off with the hose.

I just might have to give that a try. I need some low-maintenance outside fun for my kids.
