this past friday morning was the annual kids triathlon in our neighborhood. i help with some of the details, so i wasn't able to take as many pictures as i'd like (but my mom was there...and i'll add her pics once i get them!)
this was bailey's first year. she was a little nervous. but did GREAT! smiled the whole time!
there are 3 groups, divided by age. this was right before it started...

about 140 kids did the triathlon. we raised close to $3000 for stop hunger now (almost everything is donated - shirts, medals - so almost all the money is given to charity!) an AMAZING mom organizes the whole thing and it runs SO smoothly!

there's a big raffle at the end. TONS of prizes. a good friend (yay luke!) won one of them!

pat got home in time to go to chick fil a with us! we were all dressed up like cows for our free meals. until 1 cow decided to forfeit his yummy dinner and ended up pat was home in time to stay home with that cow while i took the rest to get a yummy dinner. sad. for him.
ended the day by visiting the snyder's and new baby micah!!! he is PRECIOUS!
