i basically eat the same thing every day. for every meal. and i love it.
i eat key lime yogurt for breakfast. every day.
i eat this granola for a snack. all day long.
i eat this salad for lunch every day. avocado, tomato, cucumber with balsamic vinagrette. and some pita chips.
i eat whatever i make for dinner.
and, to substitute my old obsession with needing to sit down with a bowl and eat something after the kids are in bed (used to be ice cream). i eat strawberries and grapes. every night.
i'll get sick of some of it after about 2 years. then i'll find a new obsession.

that pumpkin flax granola is my favorite!! Used to have a site where I'd buy 75lbs at a time (and freeze lots of it..way cheaper;) yum!!
No wonder you're so skinny! That is all so healthy.
Not sure that is enough calories for you...especially with how much you run. But nice choices! Try the app Lose It or My Fitness Pal to help you figure out the proper caloric intake for you. :)
