away to lewes!

we spent the first few days of spring break in lewes, de with our good friends, the snyder's.
her parents generously let us stay at their house there. it used to be an old barn! SO unique!

both girls had been sick the night before we left. but the snyder's still wanted to be around us, so we went.

{there might have been an incident in the car with a target bag that was thrown out the car window. thankful bailey is a TOUGH sick girl!}

we mostly hung around the house. played games. talked. ate. laughed.

we did get out a little bit {it was chillier than we had hoped...}
{not sure this will EVER happen again. play-doh + pat - RARE occurance!}
doing the resurrection eggs! there were LOTS of fun places to hide them in this house!
 this is the snyder's little guy, ezekiel. they are the friends that we PRAYED through our adoptions with, we PRAYED we'd be in ethiopia together (and WERE!) and have PRAYED through our adjustments!

one morning we went to the CUTEST playground!

she takes my breath away...

one afternoon we spent a couple hours on the beach {bay}

there were some fun bikes at the house. and lincoln hopped on a 2 wheeler and took off!!! amazing!

it was such a fun time. we are so blessed by our friendship with the snyder's and their love for our WHOLE family! every last one of us!
