there have been moments where i've debated throwing it all away.
it lives WAY up high on a shelf.
we take it our hardly ever.
but, i was feeling very brave this morning and we made letters out of playdoh for school.
mostly they just made gingerbread men and cut their heads off. BOYS!

I both intensely love and hate play-doh. As long as they play with it MY way (no mixing colors, or only mixing in a purposeful, pretty way, keep track of bits, don't let it get on the floor) I love playdoh. But they way my kids actually play with it? Horrifying. It makes me feel like I am OCD. I finally was able to let them play with it however they want, and then they left all the lids off. Oh no. It had to go in the trash. And I never bought it again. The few little containers they get on Halloween keep them happy for a day, then they go in the trash.
The only way to use play-doh is BAREFOOT! Ugh, stuck in the shoes, spread all over creation ...
So funny. And so true :)

I like it when they play with play-doh outside. Having it inside gives me hives.
