there ARE those days that are full of stuff...or sick kids...or dr appt...or just more important stuff.
but you ALWAYS have enough time to do SOMETHING!!!
{just did this one - it was fun! for those with multiple children you've birthed...just make sure you go to the bathroom before you start ;-)}

Oh .. did you mean actually do this or just read it because I did enjoy reading it:)
I don't even think going to the bathroom would make a difference. I have to do the "Grandma modified jumping jacks" now. Oh, and my wrists are a mess, too. I cannot do push ups unless I hold weights in my hand so my wrists don't bend. Wow, I am just old. I have been doing Jillian Michael's "Ripped in 30." I am on Day 11 today and still going! That might just be a record for me!
