levi's first haircut!!!

and probably his only "real" one, ever!

pat cuts all the boys hair. in the winter, he does it in the basement. in the warmer months, in the garage. it's awesome. and cheap. and fast.

but with levi? we weren't really sure WHAT we were going to do. but, his hair has grown a LOT! and the DRAMA {i.e. tears and screaming like his arm is being ripped off} every morning when i brushed it out was really getting to ALL of us. something needed to be done.

pat cut the other 3 boys' hair this past weekend. and threatened to SHAVE all of levi's off. i said, "no way!" he's a BABY! i still want him to have HAIR!

so, we took rebekah to swimming last night, and there is a hair cuttery right next door. i walked in with the other 5 kids and asked if someone knew how to cut his hair. and if they would. we sat down...

and walked out about 12 minutes later with a LOT less hair! it looks good. i think. it's taking some getting used to. BUT...brushing his hair this morning involved NO tears and NO screaming! so, success!!!

{and i watched closely to what she did. pat will be cutting it from now on.}
