{we've done a "thankful turkey" for a few years. this was SUPER easy and looks so pretty on our table! we gathered sticks when we were out walking. and i put them in a vase, tied some fabric around it, cut out circles and each night a couple of us are picked to write something we are thankful for!}
it's a GREAT way to end the day together!
my mom. her listening ear. she loves my kids. but she loves me first and makes sure i know it. she is amazing. and i am so thankful for her!

Okay, so you made me cry....but your words are TRUE about your mom....I love you beyond measure ~ Courtney ~ YOU. My firstborn. I love how we enjoyed each other when you were young and how we GOT each other, a teenager (playing cards for hours)and talking.... AND how you have taken on LIFE...REAL life. I've always wanted you to know I love you FIRST...and you KNOW it. I am thankful. And to you Courtney, simply thankful for YOU.
