it matters

what you do today matters.
every moment.

30ish years ago, 2 sets of parents were in the "little kid stage".
they walked alongside each other through the sleepless nights, helped each other have date nights, and prayed together.

their "today" mattered.
they loved and taught and lived.

God used the woman their daughter grew up to be, to be the final straw, so to speak, in God pushing me over the edge from just KNOWING how i should live to choosing to LIVE IT.

her parents stopped by yesterday. to meet the boys.

as her dad stood and threw the ball with lincoln and sawyer. and her mom stood there and spoke truth and love to my heart, my heart said,

"it matters."

today matters. there are no guarantees.

but, today is a piece in the puzzle of the rest of your {and anyone you are responsible for!} lives!
