it's so hard to even title this post.
it's the video of our arrival home at the airport.
it's the most beautiful 11 minutes to me.
thanks to the gorrie's for ALL their hard work putting it together!
the day was perfect.
so many precious people were there...friends from south carolina (!), richmond, fredericksburg, maryland, friends that live closer but have numerous small children and i KNOW it's a task to be anywhere at 8 am on a saturday! people gave a lot of themselves to be there and it meant the WORLD to us! people brought my chocolate chip scones and banners and balloons and someone bought me a diet coke with ICE!
i LOVE that dave got the hug from my dad on video. knowing that hug was waiting for me got me through many hours of that plane ride...
and, of course, there was sawyer's face and arms and voice and smile waiting for me. :-)
i ran away from the luggage cart to hug him and never thought about those suitcases again! somehow, a couple hours later, we were driving home and all the luggage was in our car (i would guess my dad was responsible for that)
and you know what's amazing? the boys that i see in this video are already different boys than the ones that are in my house today! in only 6 days! God is so good! (meaning i KNOW the boys in my house so much more today than i did even 6 days ago!)
anyways...i'll stop talking. here it is!

Ah, I am crying buckets at my desk this morning! Such a beautiful picture of HIS faithfulness. Thank you for letting Him use your family this way, and for sharing it with all of us!
This is just remarkable. I haven't cried like that in a while...well, since I saw your first video of you meeting the boys!! Reed watched with me and kept saying "hey! that's my Sawyer from chuch." Thank you for sharing all of the joy and hope and love that He gives us Cassadas. You are an inspiration.

Courtney, what love you must have felt! What relief! To finally be home! So many answered prayers! So many people who love you and your family! God is so good to give us friends and your family...they are so special. Sadly, not everyone has family like that. Dad hugs like that. Everyone should!!! God has richly blessed you! So thankful you are on THIS side of the journey and have such a wonderful record of this day! Thank you for sharing your life with us! You have opened my eyes to so many things and I am thankful!
